GWLRA is proud to showcase the future of Vancouver Centre.
Once completed, the Vancouver Centre II and Scotia Tower lobbies will be connected by a soaring, two-storey, enclosed glass atrium to form an open and light-filled lobby connection and year-round amenity space. This West Coast themed space will provide an inspired destination for socialization and collaboration with informal meeting and seating areas. The interior escalator access will provide a connection to Vancouver Centre Mall, the SkyTrain and Canada Line, and a multitude of retail amenities and services.
VCII is being developed by GWL Realty Advisors on behalf of HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan), the Canadian Real Estate Fund No. 1 (CREIF), and London Life Real Estate Funds with completion expected in 2021.
